Your desired outcomes are possible. Past program participants have experienced amazing transformation in their lives. We invite you to make the following commitments to yourself and your team.

 

As a participant in the Optimal Being Program, I  agree to: 

• Participate to the best of my ability in all the activities and exercises in the program

• Complete the program per the recommended schedule

• Support my teammates in completing the program

• Develop a daily practice of applying the concepts and tools I learn

• Be honest with myself and keep an open mind 

•Reach out to the appropriate contact person if I need help or feel stuck

• Recognize that my greatest breakthroughs may come when I experience the most resistance to moving forward in the program. This is a time to reach out for support.
